Are all of your recipes keto-friendly?
A ketogenic diet is a diet that restricts carbohydrates enough that the body starts to burn fat. The recipes on the blog have been developed to keep the net carbohydrates low enough that they can be part of a ketogenic diet. Of course, the amount that you eat

Are your recipes gluten-free?
All of our recipes are gluten-free as long as you use gluten-free ingredients. Be aware that even though the recipes don’t contain any gluten-containing grains, gluten may be hiding in certain ingredients including, but not limited to, cheese, meat products, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
Can I use a different sweetener in your recipes?
Not all sweeteners have the same level of sweetness. Even if you adjust the amount used for the sweetness level, the sweetener can act differently in the recipe. For example, cookies might turn out soft instead of crispy. For these reasons, I recommend using the same sweetener I suggest in the recipe. You may substitute, but the results may not be the same as if you follow the recipe as written.
